Key Responsibilities
Civil Surveyor
Conduct accurate land surveys to establish boundaries, elevations, and construction reference points.
Interpret and analyze survey data to support engineering and design requirements.
Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and maps for engineers and project managers.
Use modern equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners for precision measurements.
Ensure construction work aligns with project specifications and government regulations.
Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to solve design or site-related challenges.
Monitor ongoing construction to verify elevation, alignment, and dimensions.
Scaffolder
Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and in compliance with international standards.
Ensure scaffolding is stable, properly braced, and capable of supporting required loads.
Inspect scaffolds regularly to maintain safety standards throughout the project.
Work closely with site supervisors to provide access solutions for other trades.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective safety measures immediately.
Follow all safety guidelines, particularly those related to working at heights.
Assist in training and guiding new scaffolders in safe working practices.
Skills and Knowledge
Civil Surveyor
Strong background in civil engineering or land surveying.
Proficiency in using GPS systems, AutoCAD, and total stations.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for accurate calculations.
Attention to detail with the ability to spot potential errors in design or measurements.
Strong communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
At least 3 years of proven experience in large-scale projects.
Knowledge of local regulations and international surveying standards.
Scaffolder
Must have hands-on experience in erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems.
Ability to read and follow construction drawings and instructions.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and fall protection equipment.
Physical strength and stamina to work in demanding site environments.
Previous experience in oil, gas, or construction projects is highly preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of scaffolding experience in industrial or construction projects.
